BES Portal, an internal tool of onlinebelts.com, manages the inventory system for employees and owners.
UX/UI Designer
The outdated and inefficient system designed by the engineer owner led to usability issues and process bottlenecks. The redesign aims to improve user experience, streamline operations, and enhance data management.
2021 - 2023
• Simplify navigation to help users quickly access key inventory management features.
• Improve efficiency by reducing the time spent on inventory tracking, product management, and reporting.
• Enhance data clarity with well-structured layouts and visual hierarchy, making information easier to understand.
• Ensure consistency with a user-friendly interface that aligns with internal workflows.
• Support scalability so the system can adapt as the company grows.
✔️ Website
Currently on hold due to the owner/engineer’s parental leave. However, the work done so far demonstrates a strong UX foundation.
1. The old tool lacks a clear navigation system, making it difficult for employees to update data. How can we improve the navigation system? It should be more detailed, specific, easy to understand, efficient, reduce errors, and enhance usability.
2. How can we create a new inventory management page for employees to easily find, check, and update product details?

Beltiscool, the original company's name, has updated its logo. I believe using the logo's color as the primary color for the BES Portal will ensure consistency. So the main colors are Brand Persian Red #C53A3E and Brand Darker Grey #4D4B4D.
I chose the Mulish font for its excellent legibility, clean and modern sans-serif design—ideal for a belt company. It’s also free to use, ensuring no additional costs for engineers or owners.
